This is the standard. Not "low" failures, not "industry-leading" failures — zero. Every design decision, every QA check, every installation protocol exists to protect this number. If something fails in the field, we stop everything until we understand why.
American-Made
Every enclosure, every battery box, every piece of monitoring hardware — fabricated, welded, assembled, and finished in the United States. Not "designed in America, built overseas." Actually built here. We control quality because we control the factory floor.
Radical Transparency
You see the same data we see. Every customer with any subscription tier gets access to cell-level voltages, historical trends, alert history, and system health. No curated "customer view" that hides problems. If something is wrong, you know first.
25-Year Warranty
Most competitors warranty 10 years and hope you have forgotten by then. We warranty 25 years because our cells are rated for 16,000+ cycles. If you cycle once per day, the math says 43 years of service. We cap at 25 because we are being reasonable.
The Middleman Pays
After the counterfeit crisis, we eliminated every possible intermediary. Hithium cells come straight from Hithium. BMS hardware is our design, our build. Monitoring software is written by our engineers, not contracted out. Every layer of middleman removed is a layer of fraud risk removed.
