The Mission

AEGISESS exists for one reason: to make energy independence a reality for everyone. Not a marketing slogan on a brochure — a measurable, engineered outcome where your home or business generates, stores, and controls its own power without asking permission from a utility company.

We're a Washington State Corporation with roots going back to 2008. Our team brings over 40 years of hands-on electrical experience — not sales experience, not marketing experience — electrical experience. Engineers who design systems, assemble battery modules, and commission inverters.

The Hard Lesson

In 2021, we learned a lesson that changed everything. A supply chain fraud — counterfeit cells from a Chinese manufacturer — put defective products into the field. We absorbed the losses, replaced every system, and rebuilt from scratch. That experience drove an obsession with quality that defines us today.

We switched to Hithium 314Ah LiFePO4 cells — the same manufacturer supplying grid-scale utilities worldwide. Since deploying ECHO 3.0 systems in 2023, we have achieved zero field failures. Not low failure rates. Zero.

The Technology

LiFePO4 (Lithium Iron Phosphate) is the safest lithium battery chemistry available. Unlike the NMC and NCA cells in consumer products, LiFePO4 cells do not experience thermal runaway. They don't catch fire. They don't explode. They operate safely from -20°C to 60°C and deliver over 16,000 charge-discharge cycles at 80% depth.

Our ECHO 3.0 modules and HV battery boxes use American-made aerospace-grade 5052 H32 aluminum enclosures with IP67 waterproofing, active thermal management, and per-cell BMS monitoring. Every deployed system reports live to our AEGISESS Command Center — a cloud monitoring platform built in-house that tracks cell voltages, state of charge, temperature, power flow, and energy production every 5-25 seconds. This is the fastest monitoring in the industry, backed by military-grade encryption with lockdown and lockout on hack attempts.
